Apple Watch Issues

"No User Account Found"

Please check the following steps in the case the Watch App shows "No User Account Found" after the installation:

  • Make sure you've opened WorkTimes on your iPhone at least once after the installation of the Watch App.
  • Open WorkTimes on your Apple Watch
  • Rename your existing account and save.

If that doesn't help, please try the following:

  • Make sure you've opened WorkTimes on your iPhone at least once after the installation of the Watch App.
  • Open WorkTimes on your Apple Watch
  • Add a new user account in addition to your existing one.

If that doesn't help, please try the following:

  1. Restart you Apple Watch.
  2. Open WorkTimes on the Apple Watch.
  3. Open WorkTimes on the iPhone.

If that doesn't help, please try the following:

  1. Check if there are any watchOS or iOS updates available and update both if needed and possible.

Watch App does not start
